Pinus Restaurant at Seegut Zeppelin

The Pinus restaurant is a very special place at Seegut Zeppelin. It is located on the ground floor of Villa Gminder and in the neighbouring park salon of Haus Helene.
The name "Pinus" is derived from the majestic black pine tree in the garden, which impressively characterises the view from the restaurant and the terrace. At Pinus, we offer an innovative sharing concept where you can order from the menu to your heart's content.

There is no classic menu sequence; you choose what you like in a relaxed manner. Share your meal with others or enjoy it for yourself. The important thing is that you share time and flavours together in this special place. Our dishes are organised by flavour - from refreshing and vegetarian to fruity, earthy and roasted. We serve the dishes as soon as they are prepared, so you eat together, but each at your own pace.
 

The focus of our menu is on vegetarian dishes, as we attach great importance to healthy enjoyment. Meat plays a subordinate role, but can of course also shine.

We also offer some vegan dishes, but deliberately avoid meat substitutes. Our range of drinks consists of non-alcoholic accompaniments that open up a new world of flavour profiles. It is complemented by exquisite wines from the Lake Constance Big Five wineries as well as carefully selected, naturally produced wines from all over Europe.
