At the "Pinus" restaurant, we take responsibility. We shape the future and reflect on the value of eating together with

 our sharing concept. The focus of our menu is on vegetarian dishes. But of course we also offer meat and fish, which play an excellent supporting role. We source most of our meat nose-to-tail from the "Speiserei" at Hotel Maier. So we can create meaning together.
