Arriving and feeling at home – that is the guiding principle at Seegut Zeppelin, and we pursue it with passion and dedication. Set directly on the shore of Lake Constance, we treasure our private lake access and the natural surroundings. The adjoining four-hectare landscape park offers quiet places to retreat and creates ideal conditions for relaxation and recovery. This philosophy of resource conservation, responsibility, and high quality shapes our estate. The historic Villa Gminder, with its striking neo-Gothic vaults and generous lakeside terrace, is home to our Restaurant Pinus, which offers culinary experiences overlooking Lake Constance.
Four modern new buildings are grouped around the listed Villa Gminder: Haus Ferdinand, Haus Helena, Haus Isabella, and Haus August, named after members of the famous family of Count von Zeppelin. With their dark-glazed spruce façades and planted tent roofs, the new buildings blend harmoniously into the lakeside landscape. Together, these free-standing houses hold a total of 62 stylishly appointed rooms. The event rooms, which can accommodate up to 100 people, are located in the new buildings facing the lake. In Haus Isabella, right by the orchard, the Garten Spa awaits you with its own access to the park, along with a modern fitness room featuring high-quality equipment.
In our Restaurant Pinus, set within the historic Villa Gminder, we serve refined regional and seasonal cuisine to be enjoyed with a view of Lake Constance.
