The data arising in this context is deleted as soon as storage is no longer necessary or is subject to statutory retention obligations. (7) Eye-Able Assist (accessibility)

Eye-Able® is software from Web Inclusion GmbH designed to give everyone barrier-reduced access to information on the internet. The files required for this, such as JavaScript, style sheets and images, are loaded from an external server. When functions are activated, Eye-Able® uses the browser's local storage to save the settings. All settings are stored locally only and are not transmitted any further. In order to fend off attacks and to provide our service in near real time, Eye-Able® uses the content delivery network (CDN) of BunnyWay d.o.o. (Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia). It is used for the purpose of fulfilling our contract with our customers (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). All transmitted data and servers remain within the EU at all times so that processing can comply with the GDPR. Web Inclusion GmbH does not record or analyze personal user behavior or any other personal data at any time. To ensure processing in compliance with data protection law, Web Inclusion GmbH has concluded data processing agreements with our host, BunnyWay. § 5 Social media plug-ins & external services

Our website uses social media plug-ins with the "two-click solution". A connection to the networks is only established once they have been activated.

§ 6 Newsletter

(1) With your consent you can subscribe to our newsletter, with which we inform you about current offers, news and events. The goods and services advertised are named in the declaration of consent.

(2) We use the double opt-in procedure for signing up to our newsletter. After signing up you will receive an e-mail at the address you provided, in which we ask you to confirm your subscription. Your registration only becomes effective after this confirmation. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. We also store your IP address and the time of registration and confirmation in order to be able to prove your registration and to investigate any possible misuse.

(3) The only mandatory information required to send the newsletter is your e-mail address. Providing further, separately marked data (e.g. your name) is voluntary and is used to address you personally.

(4) The newsletter is sent via the Dailypoint service. Dailypoint acts as a processor on our behalf and ensures the security of your data through appropriate technical and organizational measures.
